Why Mindful?

In today’s busy society we forget to live in the moment and appreciate the simple things. There is an increase in adult colouring in books to help us de-stress and enjoy reliving our childhood. Being mindful in many ways is about slowing down, focusing on breathe and paying attention to the moment without judgement. In truth, we could all benefit from taking a few minutes each day in quiet contemplation of our surroundings to help our mental wellbeing.
